What is Rhythmic Movement Training?

Rhythmic Movement Training (RMT) is dedicated to idenifying and bridging gaps in the primitive (infant) relfexes that can occur in both children and adults.  These gaps can contribute to specific learning challenges (including ADHD, dyslexia and autism), motor problems, postural imbalances, emotional and behavioral problems and general life overwhelm.

Integration of these gaps is accomplished through replicating developmental movements, gentle isometric pressure and self-awareness which assists in releasing stress and learned patterns of behavior.
